• I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay away. Access to rooms depends entirely on a mobile app, which even under normal conditions failed repeatedly we had to try several times every single time we wanted to open the door. One day, the app completely crashed, and we were locked out for over an hour. The worst part wasnt the technical failure it was the complete lack of basic service. It took them over an hour to even inform us we could get a physical key. They might excuse it by blaming a European network outage, but thats irrelevant. As hotel guests, we are their responsibility, and they failed us when it mattered most. The problems didnt stop there. The view from our room was onto a wall no light, no atmosphere, just a depressing, boxed-in feeling. Theres also no daily housekeeping unless you stay for over a week. Otherwise, you're expected to clean yourself or stay in a dirty room. To be fair, this is mentioned in the fine print during booking but realistically, when you book a hotel, you expect a basic level of comfort, not to be your own cleaner during your vacation. It seriously hurt the experience, and future guests deserve to know this. The location is even worse. While its technically around 15 minutes from the center, the hotel sits in a dirty, neglected, uncomfortable neighborhood. Walking around felt unpleasant at best and unsafe at worst. Coming back didnt feel like coming "home" it felt like rushing inside to get off the street. This hotel operates far below any acceptable standard of service, cleanliness, professionalism, or guest care. If you are considering booking here I strongly urge you to reconsider. You will regret staying here. Choose somewhere else.
