Pros +
- Rooms and hotel ok, staff nice and polite. Reasonable pricing.
- The team was excellent, very kind and helpful. We asked them to keep our suitcase after check-out, and they agreed without hesitation.
Cons -
- Check in process was painfully slow, 15 minutes for two rooms is a bit too much in my opinion. My room was extremely hot, to the point I had to shut the heater and keep the window open for hours before getting a comfy temperature but this seems to be a pretty common thing all over Austria
- It takes about 40 minutes to get from the hotel to the city center by public transportation.
