The stylish, family-run Saint SHERMIN bed, breakfast & champagne features modern accommodations in the center of Vienna, just a 5-minute walk from the Karlsplatz Underground Station. The daily breakfast buffet includes traditional Viennese coffee. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a ventilation system are available in all rooms, the lobby area and the breakfast room. The spacious, individually furnished rooms have a private bathroom, minibar, sitting area, and a flat-screen TV with an entertainment system and free Video-On-Demand service. Room themes include Viennese sights such as the Augarten Park or the Lainzer Zoo's Hermes Villa, which was once the hunting residence of the imperial family. - Convenient, felt like home, staff very accommodating
- Location, staff friendliness, soft fluffy down beddings, cleanliness, complimentary champagne and cookies, conditions great for sleeping, very thoughtfully furnished.
Cons -
- toilet never flushed. had an almost overflowing toilet all night. told them about it at around 7am. they shrugged and didn't do anything to help. had to deal with it until checkout. not to mention no code to get in for us and another family. AWFUL!
- I think a lot of people would prefer coffee making facilities in room rather than in shared small reception area. I was okay with this. I think a bed and breakfast should come with breakfast instead of guests having to pay extra.
- nothing really. I enjoyed the room, comfortable bed.
