Pros +
- The hotel was clean, breakfast was worth the price, and the location is close to the shopping district in Vienna. Easy to call a cab or walk to where you need to go.
- The location was excellent as it was directly across the way from a main public trans station. And plenty of food and shopping in the immediate area.
- Location! Very easy to move around Vienna and lots of things to do nearby including shops and restaurants!
Cons -
- Our sheets and comforters had stains on them. The ceiling tiles were falling down, and the bathroom was unreasonably small. People should consider this before staying here.
- The staff were generally rude to non-German speaking people, including the front desk and breakfast bouncer. Also, even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door, the staff tried to enter our room!
- The room had a broken shower fixture but I also did not notify staff, so am not complaining about it.
