- Extremely friendly staff, clean and professional.
- Location was a bit awkward from main attractions.
- The room was very spacious and clean. I also got a cookie while checking-in which was a win-win.

- The hotel fell short in every aspect of expectation for a Hilton brand hotel. The staff at check-in failed to provide any instructions (no free cookie or water in room, etc.). No instructions on breakfast, etc. The the A/C in the room also didn't work!
- In my previous hotel experiences, the staff at the front-desk has always been resourceful. However, at Doubletree, the staff didn't have an adapter on hand, they wanted me to buy it from the shop instead.

Room.was clean and comfortable
Parking was ridiculously expensive, especially considering it's free on the weekends in Vienna
