You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that check-in is not possible after 22:00. Check-in on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and on the day before public holidays is only possible upon request. Reception opening hours may vary on these days. Please also note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in and the credit card holder must provide a signature. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. If you smoke on site, a fee of EUR 200 per day will be charged. When you come to Stuttgart, please make sure that your car has the green Euro 5 sticker on the windscreen. If you have a Diesel, you will need a green Euro 6 Sticker. Failure to do so will result in a fine of minimum EUR 80. Please note, that the hotel requires prepayment via bank transfer on certain festival or trade fair dates. In this case, the hotel will contact you after booking to provide you with the account details. If you want to bring your pets it must be requested (and confirmed by us) in advance and cost extra. Please note that pets are not allowed to stay alone in the hotel!
