Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 100 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy . Please be informed that since this is not a hotel but an apartment and we meet each guest personally there are certain check in hours 15:00 - 21:00. Late check in is subject to availability and depends on individual agreement. Normally we charge a late check in fee of 850 czk (35 eur) that is due to be paid in cash upon arrival to the check in agent who will be meeting you after their working hours.
