Pros +
- Great staff, very helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast.
- Great location. Easy walking distance to most places of interest and very close to the train station.
- Great communication with the concierge very helpful.
Cons -
- AC was not working for all 3 days.Staff was aware of the AC issue, but chose not to share the information. We were made to switch rooms the next day, but the AC wasn't working there either. Thankfully they provided a floor fan.
