- We liked the overall location of the hotel.
Cons -
- We did not like the attitude of the staff at the Carlton. This hotel was truly a "NO" hotel on any question we asked them concerning our needs while staying. Our room's sliding glass door did not lock so, we told the front desk and they said "oh well."
