Clean, spatious room with excellent bed. Nice pool. But the very best part was the staff, highlighted by Gwen!
Road works makes finding and accessing difficult, no fault of hotel. There's nowhere for dinner without a walk through the bright, hard-edged Arenas complex of huge new buildings and plazas to get to another Novotel or the good restaurant in the Ibis.
