HOTEL AMOUR NICE

Pros +

• The decor. The place. Breakfast room. The room was nicely decorated. Generally staff were helpful.
• Its heaven on earth! I loved the interior and vibes. Everything was so cute and well though. But the problem was with waiters- everyone whom Ive interacted was slow/not understanding and very not present- service was bad.
• The location and eclectic vibe of Hotel Amour are superb! It's just a 2-minute walk from the tram station and a bus line to the train station, making it excellent for travel. Additionally, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, like La Trattoria (a 4-minute walk) for Italian cuisine, Garden Cafe (only 2 minutes away) for a delicious breakfast, and the hotels own restaurant, which is absolutely amazing SO, SO good!

Cons -

• The rooms were v noisy. We could hear people opening the doors , fire door too easily. Food expensive. Some staff were aloof.
• There wasnt much to dislike about the hotel overall. One night, there was an event downstairs, so we couldnt use the restaurant, but that was understandable. One staff member did mention we were in one of the 'lower-tier' rooms, which was a bit discouraging, though we still really enjoyed our room, and it just gives us something to look forward to on our next visit! We stayed for a week, and while it wouldve been nice to have a fridge in the room, we had an otherwise wonderful stay.
