Hotel Azurea

Pros +

• convenience of location
• Nothing
• i checked into the hotel but did not stay and did not leave my bag there either as my plans had changed. I came back however on the morning of he last day to take a shower and checkout. Turned out they had given my room to someone else! Sold room twice

Cons -

• Gnats in the bathroom. Bathroom is very outdated. Towels were on the older side. The elevator was hot and slow. You get what you pay for but the lobby is deceiving bc it seems posh but the rooms are very bad - even has a smell.
• Loud noise first thing in the morning. Banging on the door trying to get into the hotel as the door was locked and the staff notbbeen in the proper place. Room was clean. Not the hotel I originally booked and was put here and I did not like it.
• I would to request my money back as they had double charged my room and got double money. They got someone else to pay for the room when I had checked in there. I deserve my money back.
