- The room , very clean spacious and quiet . Comfortable bed .
- Yoga at the front desk was super nice. Most other staff were very nice. The first room I got, there was a girl coughing and sneezing, I asked front desk to change me room and they did. Room was very clean (they have new towels every day).

Cons -
- Nothing but maybe you can rent out some padlock for the cabinet .. Also , giving the city pass automatically . My fault as I forgot to ask on my first day
- The location was the only issue. There were no good restaurants nearby. You have to take a bus and tram to go by the lake or to the train station or restaurants. Although 3 buses frequently comes to the hostel.
- the staff were a hit and miss. Some were helpful where others were not.
