- - the biggest highlight of this hotel is its outstanding staff, from reception, breakfast, cleaning. Special compliments to the two gentlemen who checked us in the evening of the 20th. They went above and beyond to make sure that we, including our dog, were always comfortable and had everything we needed. - comfortable bed and pillows

Cons -
- - while the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was horrible. The smallest Ive ever seen and very worn out. Zero ventilation, everything remained soggy for 2 whole days. - terrible soundproofing, you can hear everything from all the surrounding rooms. Our room also shared a wall with the elevator so no further explanations needed RE noise. - average breakfast, no fresh juices, vending machine-type of coffee
- I found a pair of smelly socks in the bedroom. The manager was rude when I spoke to him about it. The toilet in the room was leaking. This was fixed once I mentioned it. The phone in the room didn't work. They did make a suggestion that we move rooms on day 2 but as we were leaving the following day, we didn't accept this. Not worth the high price.
