- The hotel was like an art exhibit, each room had its own story. Me and my partner stayed in both the Inferno and Paradisio section of the hotel and both were great! I made a mistake in booking and the hotel found a room with little notice.
- The staff is very friendly. The hotel can accommodate late check-out until 2 pm if they have availability on that day. The customer needs to call the front desk to check availability early that morning.
Cons -
- The Paradiso shower was hard to get out of without getting the floor slightly wet. Other than that it was a great hotel for the price.
- There is no hair conditioner. Needs to provide individually wrapped shampoo and shower gel.
