- Absolutely the worst hotel we have stayed in after 35 years of worldwide traveling. Totally false ad. No minibar, breakfast, tour desk, or handicap room...lobby 4 steps up. Your handling our our concern before we even arrived was deplorable!!
- There is no elevator and we had to take 7 pieces of luggage up the stairs. No staff was onsite to help us. Only communicated to us by WhatsApp. Apparently a staff member was supposed to be onsite and wasn¿t. We only saw a staff person there when we left.
