The sandwich I ordered was very good.

Cons -

Breakfast was buffet and not fresh. Better to have a la carte and fresh. Had to pay for parking! Pool wasn?t very warm.
They failed to give me the wake up call I requested. The taxi they ordered was almost 15 minutes late.
Customer service was terrible, I don't understand how half an hour down tje road the same chain of hotel can be so much better for service and money.

Staff assistance and friendliness.

My room phone was not e-quipped with out going local calls / No room refrigerator / no cash purchases available from the restaurant-bar (credit card only) and also my room was cleaned when I asked not to be done.
