- Very nice comfortable room, great bed and very modern and clean. Much better than similar hotels in the area.
- Used Carter often in just under a year, this is the first time my partner and I had a bad night sleep. In room 6 there is a green light just above the bed, which prevents us from sleeping. Someone has tried to cover it with plastering tape and it's not thick enough to stop the light shining through
