- Great location, friendly helpful staff, decent room for the price. The hotel is a bit of a maze, it's actually two buildings joined, but the signage is excellent.
- The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be better

Cons -
- No kettle in the room which was disappointing.
- We had issue with bed led lighting but the staff gave us additional table lamps. Offered change if room and also gave us free drinks. The TV needed retuning which the staff did asap.
- Rooms not cleaned during our 3 day stay. Not even the bins emptied or toilet roll replaced. Very disappointed when you pay £--- per night to stay. No draws, cupboards or wardrobe for clothes, just 2 coat hooks with 2 coat hangers.
