- Staff were helpful.The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed and was in a good location .
- Best thing about the hotel was the location - near all the bars and restaurants, as well as public transport.
- the reception staff very great. Helpful and FRIENDLY and accommodating
Cons -
- There was hair on the bed sheets. Toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The room has no window. We stayed only for 2 nights but there was no cleaning service. We had to pay a pound to leave a bag for the day. When came to collect bags there wasn't anyone there
- This hotel could never in any imagination be described as FOUR star. Windowless, no glasses, no mini bar, never ever a four star category.
- No windows in rooms (no fresh air), rooms are located in a basement, beds were bad,
