Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions – Upon booking your room you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. A further copy will be provided on check in. For purposes of identification verification – the card used to pay for your stay must be presented on check in.
