Pros +
- Great location; house had everything we needed for our stay; instructions for everything was clear; nice garden space; good shower; really clean; parking outside was easy.
- Not recommend the lady who own this business later gives you offers to hire straight but dont us a she start you charge for cleaning moving from one house to another if you stay long and last time when we move the house was dirty no towels and linen on beds .
- The house is within walking distance of the centre of Exeter. The style of the house was modern and open, the kitchen dining space was perfect for a group of friends. It was great having lots of bedrooms and beds so that everyone could have a bed each. There's even a small single room for those who don't like sharing!
Cons -
- All mattresses were very soft and squishy so not the most comfortable night sleep for any of us; blinds in bedrooms meant it was very light as soon as the sun came up.
- Attitude to expensive and cleaning done bad. Street always full no parking and loud neighbors lady behind wall have dog and barking all night long . Definitely not recommend if you like a sleep at night .
- There was a lack of photos of all the bedrooms, but the layout was great for a group of people. There was also only 1 small bathroom between 7 people but we managed okay. The second toilet is outside the main space of the house, fine for us as the weather was good but can see that not being so nice in the rain.
