- There was NO information that guests have to pay extra �10 each per day to access the pool. The only reason why we booked this hotel was the pool and it was very disappointing that there are hidden costs involved.
- Two beds pushed together, made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Told AC would be in the room, we had a fan that circulated hot air, insanely warm and uncomfortable in the room. Dried urine next to the toilet on the floor tiles on arrival.
