- The food was excellent value (the only shortcoming was no fish on the menu). The staff were friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for much more (Maybe a lavatory brush!)
- Good breakfast decent choice and cooked well

- Sink was clogged. The staff kindly gave us another room however the plumbing was still not functioning well in the sink.
- Room basic no hairdryer Overall meet our needs
- Room fan was dusty from lack of use. I asked for cleaning after the dust got scattered even after I tried wiping down the fan. Dust all over the floor and my bag and clothes. I asked staff 2 times to hoover/vacuum and they said they would but didn't.
