- Excellent location, very close to train station by pedestrian route through Temple Quay. Very professional staff.
- They had the only comfortable bed and pillows on my vacation
- For the price, this was excellent value. Good sized room, nicely kept and in a decent location.
Cons -
- None
- The only thing was the lack of info about getting to the hotel parking via Sat Nav. I couldn't find the directions, but you cannot access it via the main road and have to go back in towards the centre to go around the back streets to get to it.
- the carpet seemed worn and the bed was too firm.
