- Easy access to the hotel from the airport. The food at the restaurant was really good and our server was excellent
- The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Excellent breakfast and dinner options! Bar had secluded areas to unwind after a long day in Paris.
Cons -
- How to get to the hotel. When we called the hotel to asked about shuttle service but the instruction were very poorly explain. They said that the shuttle is between 2B-2G. We are looking for van shuttle but it was actually the free shuttle train
- Furniture and carpet in the hotel need steam cleaning.
- Getting to the hotel fromCDG was a nightmare! We walked to the Holiday Inn shuttle pick ups, only to be told we needed to walk more, take the airport tram, and walk to hotel! CONFUSING! Took Uber to CDG on checking out! Cost 13? and faster!!!
