- Very close to the metro, so you can get to the center of Madrid. The staff was very helpful giving us the details. They even gave us a metro card! It?s in a family neighborhood, so it?s very tranquil.
- I have stayed multiple times in this hotel. The hotel is ok but the rooms and old and very old fashioned. P
- Best hotel I've stayed in in Spain. Huge, well furnished room with full sized king bed, desk, refrigerator and both deep bath and separate shower And gym with towels and water.
Cons -
- Thermostat was hard to figure out, but it was okay in the end.
- There was a reception clerk, a slender brunette who was rude. Even when being helpful she couldn't seem to be civil, raising her voice and issuing commands. The other desk workers were helpful and even polite. The hotel is so good that this was the only
