- The rooms are modern and very clean.
- I don?t speak Spanish so to have English speaking, friendly, and knowledgeable staff was excellent. I?m giving a shout out to hotel employee. She?s a true professional. She was so helpful in many ways. I asked her questions daily. I tip my hat to her. Thank you.

- I had a horrible situation with the shuttle bus. I was not informed that I needed to purchase a trip on the shuttle and the driver refused to let me on the bus and I ended up paying a taxi ?29.50 to get to the hotel. The shuttle was only?5. Inconvenient
- further from MAD AIRPORT than anticipated and the hotel shuttle only allowed one bag per person so had to take a private cab which was another 35 Euro for a hotel that advertises as Madrid airport.
