- Well appointed rooms and clean
- Great staff; very helpful and spoke English well. Loved that they offered free luggage storage after our stay while we travelled to another city for two days. Good location; a short walk to the subway and 10 minute walk to main train station.
- The room was clean and there was a balcony. Staff was helpful and gave us directions to the nearest market when our plane arrived late instead of us buying small snacks in lobby. Security guard stationed at door.

- The only thing is that there were 2 double beds combined so it moves but otherwise great.

- The shower constantly bounced from scorching hot to ice cold and was uncomfortably high off the ground (knee height) even for a young person, it was scary stepping out. The light switches were more like a series of light settings and confusing. No A/C.

The rooms were ok. But the hotel lobby needs improvement. The hallways are outdated and looks more like a motel. The streets leading to this hotel are dirty and one can say even scary.
