Pros +
- The room was small, but that's what you expect in Europe. The cleanliness was better than expected. The location was definitely not "beach" area as advertised, a little disappointed in that, but very close to the Metro which was convenient.
- Easy access to transportation.
- The view and location are outstanding.
Cons -
- The staff was incredibly rude. They weren't friendly up on checkin, when we had questions, or check out. They offered no suggestions or helpful hints. We were led astray by them on multiple occasions- regarding bus times, where to wait for taxis, etc.
- The hotel indicated it had a rooftop pool. Upon arriving the rooftop was close to a private event. Then two days later it was again closed for a private event
- Personnel were not to the level of a 4-5 star hotel. Not friendly, no smiles, not super helpful. Bathrooms sucked. I hate glass walls in my bathroom.

Easy access to transportation.

The view and location are outstanding.

Cleanliness and rooftop lounging area. If you're looking to be away from all the hub of nightlife, this is the place. Just know what you're looking for.
The rooftop pool is an absolute joke, about the size of a kiddie pool, two steps from the bar, literally. That being said, it's a great place to relax. If you want to be near Las Ramblas area, this is not it. There is no nightlife anywhere nearby.
