- Front desk staff very helpful

- great location, right by plaza catalunya, the front desk staff was super friendly and accommodated all of our requests, from storing our luggage, to change room to one that we liked better.
Cons -
- Would have been nice to have USB ports in room. Bathtub very high to step into.
- The rooms have a weird configuration, with a room for shower only, and another one with toilet and sink. Our room also had 2 concrete columns right in the middle of it, which made it weird, but overall great experience
- We didn't like the coach roach we found in our bathroom on the morning we were getting ready to check out. Mentioned this to reception and their response was 'oh and emailed the hotel to report this and we have not had a response.
