- Friendly staff, clean and delicious breakfast
- clean room, great location close to food/shopping, big bathroom, love the patio and roof top
- Excelente trato, ubicacion, el personal de primera. Lo recomiendo un 100%
Cons -
- There was not a single area for improvement at this hotel. Everything was top notch. Hated to leave.
- Only received one room key even though keeping the lights on required that a key stay in the slot. I did get another key after asking! But would be good to include two when two people are staying in a room.
- Service needs some serious help. Some staff are nice, but many are not helpful. Remember - the customer comes first. If you forget to make the restaurant reservation, then you own up and fix it. Room cleaning was poor. 2 star service for 4 star hotel.
