- The staff was helpful and very informative. It is located in the perfect spot for walking tours, the Metro and the Port. The hospitality, food and location is great.
- Lovely little hotel really nice front desk staff, very helpful. Ideal for our 2 night get away. The breakfast was very basic.
- Great central location Value for money Independent non chain
Cons -
- There isn't any air-conditioning so it was warm overnight the cooling system did nothing really so I wouldn't have wanted to stay for much longer.
- Elevator was broken all through my stay and had to carry my bags up 3 level of stairs when I checked in and checked out. Never worked for my 3 days of stay.

Location was right in Gothic neighborhood.
Elevator was broken all through my stay and had to carry my bags up 3 level of stairs when I checked in and checked out. Never worked for my 3 days of stay.
