- The staff all went above and beyond in their efficiency and helpfulness. The room was very comfortable and totally soundproof. It was hard to believe its situation in a very busy part of Barcelona.
- Centrally located. Staff was exceptional.
- Excellent service, everyone seemed to work as a team, everyone working here exceeded expectations with their hospitality. Thank you very much for making my honeymoon great
Cons -
- The room service was the only disappointment. The food not appetising and served lukewarm
- Atmosphere was very blah
- This is not a 5 star hotel. No pool, they said they have a jacuzzi but the water was cold. The spa is a joke. Rooftop terrace is terrible. Not worth the money and definitely not a 5 star hotel.
