- the staff and how cool the rooms were
- All the staff at the hotel are exceptional. They were always ready to help out or answer any questions they had. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotels location is reasonably walkable to most of the sights in Barcelona.
- The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. The most helpful of any hotel I have stayed including some swanky 5 Star hotels around the world. Made reservations, got cabs, got anything you asked for.
Cons -
- no hotel shuttle
- On a business trip with my wife and having an open concept with no actual 'bathroom' caused difficulty for her to sleep when I went to work. Maids could not remember to leave wash clothes, which was frustrating, but staff brought them up.
- One of the stuff had a rude attitude. Didn''t liked that at all especially when you pay --- euros a night. The pillows were really soft as soon as I was putting my head down felt like the pillow underneath my head was disappearing. Didnt had a good slee

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. The most helpful of any hotel I have stayed including some swanky 5 Star hotels around the world. Made reservations, got cabs, got anything you asked for.
