Friendly staff and very clean
The shuttle buses disappointed me. They only run certain hours and I was never told that the pick up was at a neighbouring hotel. On top of that when I asked the front desk about the bus, I wasn¿t told that I needed a ticket to board.

Please note that the shuttle bus is available from 06:00 to 10:30 and 17:30 to 22:30 from the Hotel and from the Airport from 06:15 to 10:45 and 17:45 to 22:45. It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel once an hour. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free. The transfer from the hotel to the airport costs EUR 5 per person. For NH Platinum guests, shuttle service for both ways is free of charge.
