With its solar-panel facade, it is 3.1 mi from the Rho Fiera Milano Exhibition Center. Modern and elegant, all rooms at the Klima Hotel are air conditioned. Each features a mini-bar and a TV with satellite and pay-per-view channels. Slippers are included. A big variety of cocktails and spirits is available at the hotel's bar. The hotel's biological restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine, and gluten-free and vegetarian meals are available. The property offers 2 charging stations for electrical cars or motorbikes. Set 5.6 mi from Milan's city center, the hotel is right by the A4 Autostrada Serenissima motorway exit. The property is a 15-minute walk from the Expo Area Milan. The property has an internal restaurant that offers an à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner at an additional cost.

Roomy and clean room
This hotel didnÂ¿t even considering medical emergencies. My wife had medical emergency but we couldnÂ¿t cancel it because has no money returned policy for entire stay. Usually if you donÂ¿t show up they charge you the first night only. No customer service,
Excellent breakfast and very comfortable bed. Very convenient to the subway station to Milan. Cheap parking and an appealing interior.

Cons -

The location which is industrial and too far from public transit and costly taxi fare going to the center! Not a suitable location if you?re a tourist unless you want to spend at least $100 for taxi fares.?
I am very disappointed with what they did to me and my family.
Area around the hotel was not appealing. No restaurants close by.

It was very modern and large

The bed was super itchy, could not sleep. The location was far from anything even a bus stop
