- Its good that we could left our luggage at the reception desk before check in and after check out.
- Location and access was fantastic - Was just a 7 min walk away from the Metro which our kids could manage well too . Very helpful staff , room met all basic and required needs , Great food eat outs nearby and shopping centres , luggage drop off area available where we could drop bags early and then go touring the city . Very quiet and pleasant surroundings .
Cons -
- We heard everything from the room next door - including talks and flashing the toilet very loudly (it woke us up few times at night). There is meant to be 24/7 reception desk and we were asked to call them after 10 pm in order to open the door. When we came back at midnight, the ring bell didnt work and we called them 4 times on the phone but no one appeared for few minutes until we started to knock the door very loudly.
- No complaints as it met our needs - Building quite old overall .
