It was in a tranquil location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Its not a 5 star hotel. Tacky design and small spaces. That shoudl be reserved for the outstanding hotels. This is a decent (but old) 4 star hotel. Not at all a luxury feeling, and i regretted the reservation once i entered the building.
