- The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They treated us like family. The food was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. They were like eating clouds, so light and fluffy. We loved the rooftop lounge and the view.

Cons -
- We were surprised by the location. When we arrived there was garbage on the streets and a tent city a few blocks away.
- Something orange all over curtains. A/C did not work. Bar staff was rude.
- I am yet to receive my deposit back that I had paid to the hotel upon check-in, they told me it would be refunded within 3 working days however its been two weeks and I am still yet to receive the refund

Rooftop view and bar area
Bed bug blood stains on mattress. Room was not vacuumed and had hair and crumbs on the flooring Location is horrible due to homelessness, drug use, and possible other crime.
