- Staff are nice and helpful! When my husband went missing they helped me talk to the authorities since I don?t speak French.
- The staff were friendly and very helpful.
- 24 hour front desk, very clean
Cons -
- The section that about the hotel, stated the hotel had a airport shuttle it did not, cost me $170.00 in taxi fees and there no continental breakfast as was stated. Also was unable to get a street address.
- I paid in full up front and was charged a "city tax" at checkout that I was not expecting.
- room was tiny, bed wasn't very comfortable, breakfast was closed.
