In central Dublin, Hazelbrook Lodge is just a 5-minute walk from O’Connell Street which is Dublin’s main thoroughfare. Guests can also enjoy the communal living room with free Wi-Fi. Each room at Hazelbrook comes equipped with a wall-mounted TV and features a skylight window. Rooms have either a private bathroom or shared bathroom. Temple Bar district can be reached within a 15-minute walk and features outdoor café terraces, shops and nightlife. The Convention Centre Dublin is 1.2 miles away and hosts various events from live music to award ceremonies. The main shopping area of Henry Street is less than a 10-minute walk from Hazelbrook.

Pros +
- I booked it for the price knowing it would be small, but the room was a cell; too pricey. The bathrooms were clean, and I did not worry using the shared environment.
- Good security, staff friendly, rooms and bathrooms were kept very clean.
- Location good
Cons -
- 1-The door key set-up means it is loud when someone comes or goes. 2-Mirrors should be near electrical outlets. 3-A hinged, pull-down shelf that could be used as a seat or shelf would be nice. 4-I know I left socks in the room, but I was told 'not found.'
- A section rooms were minimal at best. Not well maintained but clean. Room A9's window opens right over the stairs meaning if you value security you can not leave it open. No fan or any form of ventilation in the room. Rooms not soundproofed,
- Room too small, shower way too small (could not bend down, and could barely get in), and TV did not work.
