- poor service, a female staff even didn't say hallo, poor Wi-Fi connection, an air conditioner was out of order
- Overall not a good experience, cordial but not friendly staff with no problem solving ability. Phones calls and email to confirm reservation were never returned.
- First they provided a room in the basement with no windows then were moved to another room with most uncomfortable bed, with a hole in the middle that would pull us both, plus the noise of a machinery that didn't let us sleep during our stay.
