Cons -
- The room was dated with old dirty chairs. The room was musty. Not at all what the reviews showed prior to going.
- After a long flight from SFO check-in couldn't be more pleasant. Thank you for the amazing service (ladies at check in).I look forward to our next night in London on May 12. Any trips to London in the future this will be he only place we stay!
- I had a twice confirmed wakeup the day of my flight and a backup alarm, but due to the failure of the US power socket my phone ran out of battery and the front desk never called. I missed my flight arriving 24 hours late and costing ~$----. Unacceptable.

The staff were very nice.
