In stylish Pimlico, the family-run Melbourne House Hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Railway Station. The traditional hotel offers free WiFi. Set in a Victorian town house, the bright and airy bedrooms each have a TV and hairdryer. All rooms have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a lobby lounge with sofas and newspapers. Just a 5-minute walk from Pimlico Underground Station, Melbourne House is a 20-minute walk from Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Knightsbridge is a 25-minute walk away.

Location was great.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good
The location is excellent, appears to be a good save area and easy to walk to from Victoria train station.

Cons -

Room was very warm.
No elevator,no air conditioning
London does have a lot of smokers, but allowing guests to smoke on their balconies is beyond belief. I have to close my window on a hot day so someone in the next room can smoke!

London does have a lot of smokers, but allowing guests to smoke on their balconies is beyond belief. I have to close my window on a hot day so someone in the next room can smoke!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to anything you want to get to. We had free breakfast and free wifi, which not all hotels offer.

The hotel room is small, but from what I told this is common in Europe. Although it was small, it was clean and cozy! Just what we needed
