Pros +
- The location was great! Very close walk to everything we needed. Room was fairly clean. Bathroom was nice. Appreciated the fresh towels everyday. Staff was friendly.
- It was located in an area we were familiar with and near Paddington Station. Staff was very kind and the room served it¿s purpose.
- It¿s location was perfect to my personal need.
Cons -
- The comforters seemed like they hadn?t been cleaned-maybe sprayed with febreeze. Woke up every morning with bites only to find bed bugs on our last morning before checkout. Informed front desk about it. If it not for the bed bugs, I?d highly recommend.
- Bed spread was dirty and furniture was cheap and damaged. Sign on door stated breakfast hours but no breakfast was served. (The sign needs to be updated.)
- The room was tiny and the bathroom even tinier. The reading lamp for the bed was broken off of the wall and hanging by the electrical wire making it dangerous. Shower drain was broken. Housekeeping bothered us early in the morning, 8 am on Saturday.
