Pros +
- the Head Concierge. He was the only person there who seemed to care.
- Our stay was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to others looking in the same area.
- The rooms were amazing, location was perfect BUT the most important thing is the customer service was exceptional.
Cons -
- Our refrigerator was broken the entire time! In addition, we were sold on the view from the rooftop patio. Sadly - We had found fantastic wine and beer we bought in the UK... But they would not allow us to enjoy from the hotel rooftop couches
- Not really
- Not too keen on the air freshener. Yuck! Also the air conditioner turned off during 2 nights. System was rebooting apparently.

Value for money. The roof terrace.
