- The convenience, luxury, and history definitely lived up to its name. The staff was kind and courteous, the location was in the theatre district, and the room was clean with amenities such as:bathrobes, slippers, bathing supplies, and drinks.
- Hard to say what I liked 'best'. From the time we checked in with Rocio it was a special time at the Savoy. The staff is lovely. The location was perfect. I could walk to see a play in the evening alone and not feel uncomfortable during the short wa

- There weren't enough convenient outlets for all of our electronic devices.
- The only issue I had - and it was minor - was that the waffle I had at breakfast was not hot when I received it.
- It would have been nice to know the price of the cookies ahead of time. Breakfast check in at the desk was a bit misunderstanding,I came with my son, then other people came and sat down with us and we ended up paying for 5 additional people? Why?

Like that they offered a special check in for my 9 year old son. I love they offered to bring him cookies any time he pressed ¿0¿.
