Location was good. Only a ten minute walk from the Piccadilly tube.

Only the bed and the shower were clean, the rest is filthy. the curtains stink of dust, the shower curtain has mold, the floor is not swept, the wall is dirty, under the bed there are beer caps....
DISGUSTING! we didnÂ¿t have the ability to transfer to another hotel, being that this hotel was already paid for. The mattresses were stained and disgusting, the room had cobwebs, mold growing in bathroom, floors filthy, walls stained, I could go on and on
Shower hook in bath/shower broken. So no way to have proper shower. Toilet bowl stained. Basin tap leaking. Bathroom heavily mouldy. Windows not doubled glazed thus ask for room away from road. One elvator broken. The other only works up and not down.

Location. Bedroom clean. Linen clean. Room looked exactly like picture advertised. Manager on duty while checking-in friendly, professional and informatiove. Breakfast was good. For what I paid it was a fair to below fair experience.
