- Great location..cool modern interiors..lovely welcome and very friendly flexible staff.
Cons -
- Staff was very rude and unaccomadating from the time I checked in. The lack of communication and being clueless was unreal. I have never been to a Hotel where I have to pull information about the hotel out of them. The staff was not helpful at all
- If a customer requests extra clean towels, one would expect given some set of clean towels. Not some excuse saying the house keeping staff is off duty
- All attention on chic appearances while basic practicalities were often overlooked. For example there was no wardrobe in the room or anywhere to hang or put clothespins.not even a hook for your coat..also our room in the basement was a glorified bunker.
